You shouldn't have to track availability for your entire guide network. Guides set their own windows, mark their time-off, and sync their external calendars. You just check who's free.

  • Self-service availability
    Guides set their own availability windows directly in the platform. Morning only, full days, specific time ranges. You see the result without managing the input.
  • Blackout dates
    Vacations, personal commitments, other agency work. Guides mark themselves unavailable and those dates are immediately reflected across all your planning tools.
  • External calendar sync
    Guides connect any calendar that supports iCal feeds: Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar. External events block their availability automatically, and they can subscribe to a Guide Connect feed so everything stays in sync.
