How to Reset Your Password
- 1Go to the login page at guideconnect.is/auth/login.
- 2Click "Forgot password?" below the password field.
- 3Enter your registered email address and submit.
- 4Check your inbox for a password reset link (check spam if needed).
- 5Click the link and create a new password.
- 6The reset link expires after 24 hours. Request a new one if it has expired.
How to Change Your Email Address
- 1Log in to your Guide Connect account.
- 2Go to Settings and select Account.
- 3Click on your email address to edit it.
- 4Enter your new email address and confirm.
- 5You will receive a verification email at your new address.
- 6Click the verification link to complete the change.
Setting Up Your Profile
- 1Log in and navigate to your profile page.
- 2Add your professional photo, name, and contact details.
- 3For guides: add your languages, certifications, and areas of expertise.
- 4For agencies: add your company details, operating license, and team members.
- 5A complete profile helps you get discovered and build trust.
