  2. 2Click on a tour to view details including dates, requirements, and compensation.
  3. 3Click "Apply" if the tour matches your skills and availability.
  4. 4Add an optional cover message to stand out.
  5. 5Track your application status from the My Applications page.
  6. 6You will be notified when the agency reviews your application.

Understanding Tour Listings

  1. 1Tour listings are posted by agencies looking for guides.
  2. 2Each listing includes tour dates, location, group type, and required skills.
  3. 3Use the Feed for personalized recommendations based on your profile.
  4. 4Use Browse Tours to search and filter all available tours.
  5. 5The match score shows how well a tour fits your qualifications.

How Tour Assignments Work

  1. 1Agencies review applications and may send you a hire offer.
  2. 2You will receive a notification when an offer is sent.
  3. 3Review the tour details and confirm or decline the offer.
  4. 4Once confirmed, the tour appears in your My Tours list.
  5. 5The agency may share documents, meeting points, and other details.
  6. 6On the tour day, check in via the app to start the session.
