How to Report a Bug

  1. 1Go to your account and open Support Tickets.
  2. 2Click "Create New Ticket" and select "Bug Report" as the category.
  3. 3Describe what happened, what you expected, and the steps to reproduce.
  4. 4Include your browser, device, and any error messages if possible.
  5. 5Our team will investigate and follow up with you on the ticket.

Common App Issues

  1. 1Page not loading: try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R).
  2. 2Login issues: clear your browser cookies and try again.
  3. 3Mobile app crashes: make sure you have the latest version from the app store.
  4. 4Slow performance: check your internet connection and try a different browser.
  5. 5If the issue persists, submit a support ticket with details about the problem.

  2. 2Go to Settings, then Integrations to manage your connections.
