How to Report a Bug
- 1Go to your account and open Support Tickets.
- 2Click "Create New Ticket" and select "Bug Report" as the category.
- 3Describe what happened, what you expected, and the steps to reproduce.
- 4Include your browser, device, and any error messages if possible.
- 5Our team will investigate and follow up with you on the ticket.
Common App Issues
- 1Page not loading: try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R).
- 2Login issues: clear your browser cookies and try again.
- 3Mobile app crashes: make sure you have the latest version from the app store.
- 4Slow performance: check your internet connection and try a different browser.
- 5If the issue persists, submit a support ticket with details about the problem.
